An Economist who has had a successful career in business particularly in Marketing and Advertising. He holds a Masters degree in Economics and a PhD in Business Administration. He is an alumnus of Oxford University.
Godwin Ehigiamusoe PhD - (CEO)
An acknowledged microfinance practitioner who began his engagement in rural finance as a cooperative officer in mid 1980s. He later founded Lift Above Poverty Organization, LAPO, a pro-poor development organization. Mr. Ehigiamusoe has attended capacity enhancing courses at Lagos Business School, INSEAD Business School, IESE Business School and Kennedy School of Government. He holds a Masters degree in Development Studies. He has authored Understanding NGOs (1998); Poverty and Microfinance (2000) and Issues in Microfinance: Enhancing Financial Inclusion (2011). In the year 2015, he earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State.
Osayande Ede, FCA
Has over thirty years cognate experience in Banking and Finance and was at various times the CEO of Equatorial Trust Bank and Co-operative Development Bank. He is a Financial Advisory service delivery expert. He holds a Masters degree (MBA) in Finance. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He chairs LAPO Microfinance Bank's Finance and General Purpose Committee.
She has a successful career spanning over thirty years at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and retired as Director of Human Resource. She holds Masters Degree in Economics and Statistics from the Moscow Institute of Economics and Statistics. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. She is currently the Chairman of Board of Directors of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc (GTBank) and she has also served on the boards of several public institutions including the National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) and Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC). She chairs the Environment, Social and Governance Committee in LAPO Microfinance Bank.

A renowned Microfinance Practitioner and was for many years the CEO of PADME, a very successful microfinance institution in the Republic of Benin. He holds a Masters Degree (MBA) in Finance and Project Management and another Masters degree in Economics and Development. He was the first Chair, Board of Directors, African Microfinance Network (AFMIN) and member of Women's World Banking, New York. He chairs LAPO Microfinance Bank's Credit and Risk Management Committee.
Andrew Ejoh, FCA
A Managing Partner of an audit firm with solid experience in Audit and Financial Advisory Services. He holds a Diploma in Accounting from Faulks Lynch College of Accountancy, London. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He chairs LAPO Microfinance Bank's Audit Committee.
An astute microfinance pactitoner with vast experience in Treasury Management. She holds a Masters Degree (MBA) from University of Benin and she is also a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB). With 18 years experience, She is presently an Executive Director and heads Corporate planning and Strategey department in LAPO Microfinance Bank.
She is an Alumnus of the Havard Business School, USA and has over 19 years extensive experience in the Microfinance sector with a rich pedigree in Risk Management (Evaluation & Monitoring). She studied Law and has attended series of capacity-driven Courses like the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School, the Boulder Microfinance Training Program in Turin, Italy; Training for the Project Feasibility of Remittances Product for 10 African MFIs in Ethiopia etc.
Faith Osazuwa-Ojo is a thoroughbred professional with a penchant for performance and results. She is currently an Executive Director at LAPO MfB and heads the Risk Management and Monitoring Department.
